Rather than taking a guided tour, the wives decided to grab a ferry to the furthest point the Sydney ferry went - which turned out to be Manly Beach, right near the Pacific coast.

On the trip back, the wind picked up and the sailboats came out.   A boat tacks downwind behind the ferry.

A look at the sunset over the Sydney Harbour Bridge.   Looking over the main core of the city as the sun sets, the bridge is to the right.

It was quickly getting dark when the wives arrived back at the ferry terminal, so they hurried back to the hotel to meet up with their husbands before the geeking got too thick.
